So girls, it's getting closer to those warmer months and it's time to start toning up those arms to show off once the summer arrives! I'm sure you all have lovely arms already but I have had a request for a program to banish those bingo wings. So here it is... Happy Training :)
1.
Tricep Extensions

Complete twelve extensions in each SET.
2.
Tricep Dips

Complete eight tricep dips in each SET.
3.
Tricep Pulldowns

Complete ten REPS for each SET. Set the weight rack to a range where you feel you are struggling on your last two pulldowns. Keep feet hip width apart and back in neautral, making sure you maintain the neutral and avoid an arched lower back in the effort phase of the exercise.
4.
Insanity Tricep Pushups

Keep yourself on tiptoes for this exercise. Keep elbows in to the body and lean slightly forward. Check your posture against mine in a mirror. Complete twelve REPS in each SET.
5.
Bosu Ball Dips

Keep your balance and your back in neutral. Dip the weights behind your head for ten REPS.
6.
BodyPump Kickbacks

There are three parts to this movement. Firstly, bring your arm to a right angle shape, then kick back (in control - don't let your arm swing back down to the starting position), slowly bring your arm back down. Complete eight REPS.
7.
Back Band

Start with a slack band and then keeping the bottom hand still, with a tight grip on the band, straighten out the top arm. Complete twelve REPS.
Hopefully, at this stage your bingo wings will be burning so hard you won't manage a second set! If the workout feels a little too intense, start by integrating three of the moves into your regular routine and complete three SETS of three different exercises (one of each set of three being a bingo wing banisher!).
With a little perserverance and hard work you will soon have arms you can't wait to show off!
Good Luck :)
