7 Juices to keep you refreshed this summer...

Summer is finally here! These are my favourite healthy juices, one for every day of the week...

Enjoy and happy blending :)

1.

The Green Machine

Blend a few stalks of broccoli with one slice of pineapple, a sprig of fresh mint, a squeeze of lime (or lime cordial if you have a sweet tooth) and a splash of almond milk.

2.

The Summer Refresher

Juice half a banana, Quarter of a cucumber, a handful of fresh mint, The juice of half a lemon and a splash of cranberry juice.

3.

A little bit of everything

Blend a slice of pineapple, One thumb sized piece of cucumber, A handful of Spinach, A couple of florets of broccoli and a splash of apple juice (not from concentrate!)

4.

The Breakfast Smoothie

Five Strawberries, Half a banana, A handful of oats, Almond milk and a drizzle of Maple syrup to decorate.

5.

The Berry Boost

A handful of frozen blueberries, A splash of almond milk, Half a banana, A handful of spinach and a squeeze of fresh lime.

6.

The Detox

Blend half an avacado, A squeeze of lemon, A thumb of fresh ginger, A handful of spinach, A dessert spoon of low fat greek/natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey.

7.

Beetroot Power Smoothie

Blend one cooked beetroot, Half a carrot, A thumb of ginger, Half an orange squeezed (Just juices) and a handful frozen raspberries.

It's as easy as that! Please make sure you juice as part of a healthy diet and NOT as meal replacements, they are great if you are in need of a pick me up after the gym, as part of your breakfast (alongside some toasted rye bread or a small portion of cereal) and as a healthy snack, then juices are great.
