This one is easy, all you need is a blender stick to make it super smooth!

Ingredients:
*Red Onion *Honey *Salt
*Pepper
*Olive OIl
*Can of Chick Peas
*One Lime
*Two Large Cloves of Garlic
*One Tablespoon of greek yoghurt
*One heaped teaspoon of Corriander powder
*Two heaped teaspoons of Paprika
So the method part. Don't worry it's easy as pie...
Start by chopping a red onion and slowly heat it up in a glug of olive oil. Once they start to go transluscent, add a tablespoon of honey and let them caramelise. Next, drain around half the juice from the chickpea can. Pop the chickpeas into a jug. Next, add two chopped cloves of garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and the juice of half a lime. Add a tablespoon of greek yoghurt and the spices. Finally add a couple of glugs of olive oil (You can always add more if the consistency isn't hummussy enough (Yep, just made up a word there).
Finally, taste and season to your preference. Enjoy with vegetable crudites, breadsticks and the like :)
Health Benefits:
*A great source of protein and fibre
*Gluten free yet filling!
*Research shows chickpeas can lower cholesterol
*They also contain Choline, which is proven to improve sleep, muscle movement, learning and memory. WINNER!
