10 Reasons to drink Lemon Water in the morning

I was always sceptical as to why people drank hot water with lemon. However, after doing a little research and trying it out for a week, I can truly feel the benefits of drinking lemon water in the morning. Typically, you drink it before eating breakfast in order to feel the full cleansing benefits. It is also a good way to rehydrate yourself after sleep.

Lemons have been found to boost mood. Both the smell and the colour of lemons promote good mood.
