This is possibly the easiest recipe I have put on my blog so far... If you want a crispy yet melt in the mouth appetiser, Kale crisps are a winner... It is often described to taste like crispy seasweed. However, it is cooked in a less fattening way and you don't get any greasey after taste. Give it a go and I'm pretty sure you'll be converted from potato chips to the healthier option of Kale...

*Start with turning the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
*Pour half a bag of curly kale onto a baking tray and spread evenly

*Drizzle the kale with a small amount of olive oil, rub the oil into the kale and sprinkle with seasalt
*Pop into the oven for about 15minutes or until all crispy
It's as simple as that! Honest! Enjoy :)
Health Benefits
*Loaded with powerful anti oxidants
*Can help lower cholesterol
*Full to bursting of Vitamins especially A, K and C
*Kale is high in Potassium and Calcium
*A good source of iron
