Granola often gets labelled the healthy option. However, the kind you get from the supermarkets is often packed full of sugar and is deceivingly packaged to look like it will do you the world of good. If you haven't got the time to try this delicious and super simple recipe, make sure you go for the sugar free kind and add a little honey if you have a sweet tooth. If not, get the oven on at 180 and make your very own personalised Granola. This recipe is great because you can add which ever nuts or dried fruits you like. Start with this simple recipe and add your nuts before the oven and your fruits after. This Granola is great served with plain yoghurt (especially greek) or even as a snack on the go to give you a little #EnergyBoost pre-workout.
